This year in particular, we have been able to make massive improvements to our facility. In my opinion, the most notable of these was a complete remodel of what was once an outdated breakroom. Not only did we tear out and rebuild walls, but what was once a single and very unattractive bathroom has been transformed to two brand new ADA compliant restrooms. We installed kitchen cabinets and countertops, purchased a new refrigerator and microwaves, as well as new tables, chairs, and a flatscreen TV. I see this as being a huge improvement to our employees’ environment and morale. Also this year, we replaced all of our production floor lighting to help brighten the workspace and provide a more productive atmosphere, installed new exit signs and fire alarms, repaired damages to our blacktop, and added new drainage in areas of the property that were prone to minor flooding.
